Ugh, I woke up after 5:30 this morn because I dreampt I forgot to enter information at work, which I did. Ironically, it was a call I listened to in my daily meeting with junior mgr. I could have emailed my company, but figured I'd talk directly.
It's taken care of, in 2 calls (b/c I forgot details).

Burger Night
Don't be fooled by the title, it wasn't a fun night. It wasn't a terrible night, but considering I have 1 weeknight off a week and work every other weekend, I want to be doing something fun the few times I go out, not sharing a table with middle-aged truckers dressed to impress. Yes, that was the situation tonight. I met up with a friend from HS at Capitale Ale house, where you can get $1-$2.50 burgers if you order any drink (pretty good deal, eh?).
Her acquaintances from meet-up arrived shortly before our food arrived. They're in their 30's, which is fine, but one of the women attracted the attention of guys at the bar, who wanted to join us. One woman asked us, because we didn't have to invite them. I didn't care. But when I saw them approach, I thought "Oh no, they're O L D." We're talking some with graying hair. And drunk. and loud. and hence, acting stupidly around younger women. I wanted to leave soon after but my friend wasn't ready yet. We didn't stay too long, and I followed my friend by car to the French student's host family's place because I offered to pick her up tomorrow to go to work. Well, at least I can appreciate younger men more next time I go out.

Ras-le-bol
I so dislike my job right now.. all the petty details, and having to apologize for mistakes I didn't make myself.
And I'm so annoyed I'm taking this business class b/c I don't want to do the HW or group project. UUGGGGHHH. The book has some interesting points, but other than that, it's just terrible timing. Want to be done with the stupid thing.

GRE studying
I was lazy about studying for the GRE, then got motivated, but haven't studied as diligently as a I should. Trying to figure out how the actual test date, when set, will work with my work schedule.
Yday the cashier at Dollar General, a big, black guy, hit on me; hee hee. It was strange but the flattery made my day (Ellen reminded me our new president was sworn in, a bigger reason to be happy!).
Trippy dream before waking up. My manager was in it, and I was going to kick him in the face to defend myself. (Doesn't reflect my attitude toward him, he's a nice guy). Infanticide was going to take place by lowering a toddler on a pizza pusher (to go in big oven).
Waiting for Friday's paycheck, getting low; it's been like that the past 3 months mid month after paying Dad back. I could pay him less per month, but I want to get it over with.

Spicy Chick-fil-a Salad
Title refers to my dinner. I usually bring food from home but had to rush to meet someone for lunch. Eating my dinner at work, I was amused at the fact that I gave up vegetarianism b/c of Chick-fil-a 4 years ago.
I WILL get spare car keys made tomor. I've scared myself a few times thinking I locked myself out (with my spare whatsoever).
I've put off sending Xmas cards b/c I realized CVS no longer does mini-prints; how sucky is that? Need to pick up my 800 China prints I printed after Thanksgiving when they were 10cents each. I doubted the necessity of having prints of most of the many photos I took last year.. it's just hard for me to exclude any, but adds more weight when I move places.

CELL PHONE~~!!
I am cellularly automonous, aka I have my own new cell phone as of today. It's a nice one with full "keyboard" for texting. It's with my family's plan, good discount with my dad's work, on 2 year contract so it's cheaper.

Chinese tea
I inadvertently gave a male acquaintance Chinese weight-loss tea! When he found out, he asked if I were trying to tell him something. ha! I bought it because the Chinglish on the back was funny, reading it's "durable in dunk" and "the new century soft drink." It has a smoky flavor, which I didn't like. I meant to give him a bag of it, but he misunderstood, so gave him the box. If I hadn't done that, and he didn't have a Chinese roommate, we wouldn't have known. He said he liked it when he first tried it.
