French

Last night I was at Starbuck's for a 2nd night this week (a lot for someone who doesn't really drink coffee). The lack of cafe culture (compared to Europe) sucks.
So I met up with a French guy, and we spoke French until I asked him about the elections, when he switched to English. He thinks with our huge debt, the future president should just crash the economy, and after 5 years or so, America would be better for it; I can't imagine. He said Germany is getting out of theirs now.
I thought when I woke up this morning that staying at the hostel in D.C. 2 nights will be interesting with my current sleep schedule of going to sleep after 2am, however, maybe it will cure me.
